Shipping Methods, Turnaround Times, & Taxes
I ship via USPS Priority and fees are based on number of items. Customers may purchase insurance or upgrade to faster shipping at an additional cost. Please note that turnaround times will still apply to upgraded orders! Please contact me via email if you need an item shipped immediately. Extra rush charges may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
For regular, in-stock items, your order will be processed and shipped in 4 - 8 business days. If by some chance I happen to be away from the studio and unable to process your order in this time frame, I will contact you with an estimated ship date. Custom orders will take longer, but I will make every effort to ship your piece within a reasonable time frame.
North Carolina residents are subject to sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may exchange it for store credit only. Exchanges must be initiated in writing within 15 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition.
Jewelry that defective or damaged in transit to you will be replaced free of charge. Claims of this nature will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
